Stephanie
Hough is an artist and new media practitioner based out of Cork City,
Ireland. Her video, Spam (The
Proposition), uses material from spam
e-mails to construct a script for an original sci-fi character addressing its
present self from the future. This work is screening in
conjunction with Terrestrial Transmissions, a show in UVA's Ruffin
Gallery that opens January 25th and runs through February 22. More about
